Anne and Emmanuelle Burc are the 6th generation and have been established since 2002.
A leather parchment manuscript, written in Latin, dating from 1456 attests that at that time the Burc family already owned land in Cahors. All this confirmed by vineyard ownership bulletins dating from 1663 and 1838.
